Raymond Romard

Raymond Romard has a diverse work experience in Human Resources, holding various leadership positions. Raymond started their career at Rogers Communications Inc. in 2000, where they worked as the Director of Employee Relations & Recruitment for seven years. Raymond then moved to Bell Canada, where they served as the Director of Recruitment & Retention and later as the Director of Human Resources - Talent Acquisition. In 2013, Romard joined McDonald's Canada as the People Resources Director for Western Canada, responsible for developing and implementing people strategies. Raymond then worked at Beachcomber Hot Tubs as the Director of Human Resources and is currently the Director of Human Resources at Urban Barn.

Raymond Romard completed their Technologist Diploma in Chemical Engineering Technology/Technician at Algonquin College of Applied Arts and Technology from 1984 to 1986. Raymond then pursued their Bachelor of Science (BSC) in Environmental Science & Education at Trent University from 1987 to 1991.
