Federica Sasdelli

Federica Sasdelli has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Most recently, they are serving as the Chief of Staff at Urban.brussels since August 2021. Prior to that, they worked as a Communication and Marketing Professional at Inspiring Solutions srl from February 2021. Federica also has experience as a Manager of self-discovery and improvement during their unemployment period from June 2020 to February 2021.

Before that, they held positions at Hilton, where they served as the Destination Marketing Manager for Continental Europe from June 2017 to June 2020. Federica also worked at Hilton Worldwide as the Regional Marketing Manager for Western & Southern Europe, as well as a Regional Marketing Executive for Italy & Eastern Mediterranean from 2012 to 2020.

Their earlier experience includes working as a PR Agent for Benelux at Giorgio Armani from March 2008 to January 2009. Federica started their career as a Journalist at the daily newspaper "Il Giornale di Reggio" from June 2005 to August 2008.

Federica Sasdelli completed their high school education from Liceo Scientifico Statale "A.Moro" in Reggio Emilia between 1999 and 2004. Federica specialized in scientific studies with a focus on modern languages during this period.

From 2004 to 2008, Federica attended First Level University, where they pursued a degree in Communication Science with a focus on Journalism.

In addition to their formal education, Federica Sasdelli has obtained two certifications. In February 2023, they received the PCM Trainer Certification from Kahler Communications, Inc., for their proficiency in the Process Communication Model. In March 2022, they became a Prosci Certified Change Practitioner, a certification delivered by the Nexum Group under the guidance of Prosci.
