Oussama Aïad

Oussama Aïad is an experienced architect currently serving as an Architecte - Attaché à la Direction de l’Urbanisme at Urban.brussels since July 2023, where responsibilities include managing urban planning permit applications and representing the delegated official in consultation commissions across several municipalities. Prior experience encompasses roles as an architect at the Commune de Woluwe Saint Pierre focusing on urban planning permits, as well as positions at the Administration communale de Koekelberg and additional early experience in urban planning information management and technical management of permit applications. Oussama Aïad holds a Master’s degree in Architecture from Université catholique de Louvain and a degree as Conseiller PEB en RBC from EETQ, further enhancing expertise in the field of architecture and urbanism.
