Nigel joined Urban&Civic in 2014 with the merger with Terrace Hill where he specialised in commercial development which most recently included 1,100 student room scheme for Southampton University and a 100,000sqft Sainsburys store in Herne Bay. Nigel has over 20 years experience in development and now leads the Priors Hall strategic site at Corby comprising 5,100 houses.
