Joanna Brown has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Joanna started their career as an intern at the Council of Europe in 2013, where they worked in the Protocol department. In 2014, they joined LSB as an International Marketing Intern. Joanna then moved on to David Phillips, where they held various roles such as Customer Account Manager, Rental Supervisor, Head of Rental Services, and Head of Customer & Sales Support. In 2019, they joined Leavetown.com Vacations as a Customer Experience Specialist before moving to Urban. At Urban, Joanna has held positions such as Head of Customer Support, Head Of Customer Support & Partner Success, Director of Customer Experience, and currently, Director of Customer Experience & Operations.

Joanna Brown attended London Metropolitan University from 2013 to 2014, where they obtained a Master of Arts (M.A.) with Merit in International Events Management. Prior to that, they attended the University of Birmingham from 2009 to 2013, where they completed a Bachelor of Arts (B.A. Hons) degree in Modern Languages with a focus on Italian and Russian.
