Mary McBride

Mary McBride is an experienced dyslexia practitioner and educator specializing in teaching reading, writing, and spelling skills using structured, multi-sensory methodologies, particularly the Orton-Gillingham approach. Currently serving as a Dyslexia Practitioner at Urban Community School, and previously at the Children's Dyslexia Center, Mary has extensive experience tutoring dyslexic students, both one-on-one and in small groups. Additionally, Mary has worked as a Reading Teacher at Hebrew Academy of Cleveland and serves as a Brand Consultant for PaperPie, focusing on promoting literacy through engaging books for dyslexic children. Mary McBride also holds a BS in Sales and Marketing from the Fashion Institute of Technology.
