Aayush Agarwal

Aayush Agarwal is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership and consulting roles. Currently serving as Vice President - Native and Business Head - Appliances at Urban Company since January 2021, Aayush previously held positions at The Boston Consulting Group as a Consultant and Senior Associate from April 2017 to January 2021, and completed a Summer Internship there in June 2016. Earlier in Aayush's career, experience includes working as an Associate in LatAm Derivatives Trading at Deutsche Bank from June 2012 to June 2015, and a Summer Internship at Barclays Capital in 2011. Aayush began involvement in event management as Core Team Head for Kshitij at IIT Kharagpur from April 2010 to January 2011. Aayush holds an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta (2015-2017) and a B. Tech in Civil Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur (2008-2012). Prior education includes St. Xavier's School in Raipur (1999-2006).
