Tim Auty

Tim Auty is an experienced operations and project manager with a strong background in construction management. Currently serving as the Operations Manager at Urban Core since March 2025, Tim previously held the position of NSW Construction Manager at The Rohrig Group from May 2023 to March 2025. Prior roles include Senior Project Manager and Project Manager at Buildcorp between May 2017 and April 2023, where key projects included Shell House and The Ribbon - W Hotel. Tim also worked as a Project Manager and Contracts Administrator at Calida Projects from October 2013 to May 2017, and as a Project Coordinator at National Buildplan from September 2010 to December 2012. Tim holds a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management from Western Sydney University (2010-2013) and an HSC from The Hills Grammar School (1999-2003).
