Sara Yanes

Sara Yanes is a seasoned professional in product development with significant experience in the cosmetics industry. Currently serving as the Sr Manager of Product Development at Urban Decay Cosmetics since June 2018, Sara manages the entire eye category from concept to product launch, driving innovation and overseeing collaborations with contract manufacturers and internal teams. Prior to this role, Sara contributed to Sephora from October 2011 to May 2018, where responsibilities included training makeup artists and educating employees on cosmetic products. Additionally, Sara interned at the Fernandeno Tataviam Tribe as a Public Relations Intern, coordinating major events and consulting with local businesses. Sara holds a Bachelor of Arts in Cultural Anthropology from UCLA, earned between 2016 and 2018.
