Ayana S. is a committed professional currently serving as a Forum Fellow at Urban Design Forum, focusing on urban design initiatives that promote youth health and agency. In addition, Ayana holds the position of MAP Engagement Coordinator at the Center for Justice Innovation. Previous roles include Senior Advisor and Executive Director at Student Voice, managing significant budgets and mentoring students in advocacy and storytelling programs. Ayana has also completed internships with the NYC Department of City Planning and engaged in research at Cornell University and Yale University, while contributing to public discourse on school segregation through Teens Take Charge. Ayana holds a Bachelor of Science with Honors in Urban and Regional Studies from Cornell University and has participated in the SEO College Preparation Program.
