Kathy Mu

Forefront Fellow at Urban Design Forum

Kathy Mu is an experienced architectural designer currently working at Dattner Architects since March 2020. In addition to this role, Kathy serves as a Forefront Fellow at Urban Design Forum, a position held since May 2019. Previously, Kathy worked as an architectural designer at Grimshaw from January 2017 to February 2020 and as a project manager at the New York City Economic Development Corporation in 2015-2016. Kathy's project management experience includes collaborating with engineers to address vulnerabilities along the NYC shoreline and overseeing the public procurement process for flood mitigation system design at a NYC public hospital. Kathy holds a Master of Architecture (M.Arch.) from Tulane University School of Architecture and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) from Wellesley College.
