Alia Pacombe

Alia Pacombe is an experienced community engagement professional currently serving as the Director of Community Engagement at Urban Edge Housing Corporation since February 2010. In this role, Alia leads initiatives aimed at enhancing resident services and maximizing stable tenancy for residents of Urban Edge properties. Previously held positions include Associate Director of Community Engagement and Community Engagement Manager, focusing on tenant stabilization and economic resiliency. Earlier experience includes serving as Community Engagement Officer at Urban Edge and as Resident Resource Coordinator at Lena Park, with a foundation in communication from Regis College, where Alia earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in 2009.
