Helen Aertker Schultz

Helen Aertker Schultz has extensive experience in the legal field, particularly in commercial real estate transactions. Helen started their career as an Associate at Sills Cummis & Gross, PC, where they focused on commercial real estate transactions and retail leasing. Helen then joined Simon Property Group as Vice President- Leasing Counsel, responsible for negotiating and drafting commercial lease agreements with national and regional tenants across the United States and Canada. During their time at Simon Property Group, they also participated in the Simon Emerging Leader Program in 2015. Currently, Helen holds the position of Senior Vice President - Deputy General Counsel at Urban Edge Properties.

Helen Aertker Schultz graduated from Mountain Lakes High School in 1997. Helen then attended the University of Miami from 1997 to 2001, where they earned their Bachelor of Science degree. Helen furthered their education at New York Law School from 2003 to 2006, obtaining a J.D. degree.
