John Villapiano

Mr. Villapiano joined Urban Edge Properties in 2021 as Senior Vice President of Development and focuses on the redevelopment and enhancement of the company’s assets. Previously he was Vice President, Development at Simon Property Group where he managed ground up development, expansions and redevelopment of Premium Outlets and Mills properties throughout the United States and Canada. Mr. Villapiano graduated from Dartmouth College with a Bachelor of Engineering and Bachelor of Arts in Engineering and Chemistry. He is a licensed professional engineer.
