Maryalice Budakian-Kinsella

MaryAlice Budakian-Kinsella has a strong work experience in the legal industry. MaryAlice is currently working at Urban Edge Properties as the Vice President - Associate General Counsel, starting in December 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Simon Property Group for 10 years, serving as the Vice President, Leasing Counsel from March 2011 to November 2021. Before their time at Simon Property Group, they had their own law firm, The Law Office of MaryAlice Budakian LLC, where they were the Managing Member from June 2009 to March 2011. MaryAlice also gained valuable experience at Sony Electronics as the Director, Law Dept. from April 1998 to June 2009.

MaryAlice Budakian-Kinsella obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Seton Hall University from 1981 to 1985. MaryAlice then pursued further studies and earned their Juris Doctor (JD) from Rutgers Law School from 1989 to 1992.
