Ken Gruenberg is an experienced mechanic currently employed at Mid-American Elevator Company since June 2015 and Urban Elevator Service, Inc. since March 2013, providing maintenance and service for various equipment in the Chicagoland area. Previously, Ken worked at Otis Elevator Company from June 2011 to March 2013, where significant contributions included the modernization of four units at Northwestern University’s Evanston campus, specifically with Galaxy controllers. Additionally, Ken spent 20 years at KONE from March 1991 to June 2011, serving as an in-house mechanic at 135 S. LaSalle Street, Chicago, IL from 2005 to 2011. Ken Gruenberg graduated from Brother Rice High School.
