Fred Schneader CCM, PMP, is an associate vice president and project manager working for the firm’s southeast region. He has 25 years of technical, project management, and executive leadership experience in consulting engineering.

Fred has experience delivering all aspects of program and project management in the design and construction industry, with emphasis on heavy infrastructure projects such as freight, transit rail, roadways, and bridges. He has long been a leader and relationship builder who believes in open and honest communication, and who has a history of creating strong partnerships with customers, stakeholders, employees, contractors, and vendors to ensure high-quality work is produced on schedule and within budget. He is an operations expert who is focused on solving complex problems, improving processes, building strong teams, mitigating risk, and monitoring progress to ensure completed projects meet customer and business objectives.

A graduate of the University of North Florida, Fred earned his Bachelor of Science in building construction management. He is a certified construction manager and project management professional.
