James "Jim" Davis has a proven track record of working on successful construction inspection projects over his more than 30-year tenure with Urban. He possesses a vast array of construction knowledge gained from his experience in the industry. His abilities range from supervising bridge structure rehabilitation and bituminous and concrete paving work, to soils and bridge approach improvements. Mr. Davis has performed soil, asphalt, and concrete testing and analysis, both on location and in the laboratory. He has a proven track record of providing leadership and quality customer service to Urban’s clients, and is a strong asset to the firm.
