Jeanne Cotter

Jeanne Cotter, CQE, serves as the firm’s quality manager. She has more than 30 years of experience in quality management development and implementation.

In her role, Jeanne is responsible for implementing and maintaining Urban’s Quality Management System (QMS). She works closely with the management team and interacts with employees across all of the firm’s offices and market sectors on process improvement initiatives. Her additional responsibilities include managing the quality audit program; leading periodic Quality Management Reviews; reporting to executive management on the performance of the QMS and recommendations for improvement; and establishing and implementing the quality objectives set by the firm.

An American Society for Quality (ASQ) Certified Quality Engineer, Jeanne earned her bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering from Pennsylvania State University and an MBA from Point Park University. She is a longtime member of ASQ and previously held leadership positions in the Pittsburgh Chapter.
