Steven Locke

Steven Locke has more than 30 years of experience and an extensive background in all aspects of highway design and project management. His expertise includes the preparation of construction plans, specifications, and engineer’s estimates. Steve has served as the project manager for Local Aid, District IV for the New Jersey Department of Transportation, where he was responsible for all design aspects for federal aid bridge replacement and local highway improvement projects. A graduate of the University of Delaware – where he earned a degree in civil engineering – Steve is a licensed Professional Engineer in New Jersey.
