Robbie Taylor has an extensive work experience in manufacturing and plant management roles. Starting in 2001, Robbie worked at Fresh Express in various roles such as Operations Manager, Interim Plant Manager, and Warehouse Manager. In these roles, Robbie was responsible for managing shipping, receiving, inventory, and purchasing functions, implementing internal control systems, and coordinating product recovery and traceability exercises. Robbie then joined East Balt Bakeries in 2013 as a Manufacturing Manager, where they reduced overtime, improved safety rates, and managed a bread and muffin baking operation. In 2015, Robbie moved to ARYZTA as a Bakery Director, overseeing bakery operations, developing and executing strategic plans, and managing a large workforce. Robbie joined Richelieu Foods in 2017 as a Plant Manager, driving financial and operational performance, executing facility expansion, and managing conversion costs and capital budget. Currently, Robbie holds the position of Senior Vice President of Manufacturing at Urban Farmer Foods, starting in 2022.

Robbie Taylor obtained a Bachelor's degree in Management from Benedictine University in 2008.
