Tara Moynihan has a diverse work experience beginning in 2010 as an HR/Admissions Coordinator at Davidson Hotels & Resorts. Tara then transitioned to ARYZTA, where they held roles as an HR Assistant and later as an HR Generalist. In 2017, they joined Richelieu Foods as an HR Manager before being promoted to Sr. Human Resources Manager and eventually Director of Human Resources. Most recently, in 2023, they joined Urban Farmer as the Vice President of Human Resources. Throughout their career, Tara has been responsible for various HR functions such as talent acquisition, employee relations, policy implementation, and strategic HR planning.
Tara Moynihan attended Hopkins High School from 2002 to 2005, where they obtained their High School Diploma. Following this, they enrolled at the University of Minnesota from 2005 to 2009, where they achieved two Bachelor's Degrees. Tara'sfirst degree was in Economics, and their second degree was in Communication and Media Studies.
