Siedric is an entrepreneur, chef, caterer, server, bartender and farmer. Siedric has many skills. A graduate of the early days of UFI, he finished the farmer training program and returned as one of the gifted second-year apprentices. He built upon his knowledge and a penchant for catering and cooking to become a sought after contributor in the hospitality industry. Siedric has worked in some of the most well-known restaurants, food trucks and catering companies in Boston. He is excited about giving back, and could help UFI connect with alumni; he looks forward to using his skills to contribute to the betterment of UFI.
