Alex Cox is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the fields of golf performance coaching and fitness training. Currently serving as a Golf Performance Coach and Golf Fitness Trainer at Urban Golf Performance since May 2021, Alex also has a long-standing role as a Lifeguard/Counselor at Camp Okizu, which began in July 2006. Previously, Alex co-owned The Los Al Gym from January 2017 to May 2021 and worked as a Personal Trainer at Beach Fitness from September 2012 to May 2021, focusing on enhancing clients' overall health and wellness. Earlier career roles include serving as an Expeditor at Captain Jacks Seafood and working as Pro Staff at Shimano American Corp. Alex holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology, Physical Fitness from California State University, Long Beach.
