Matthew Thomas is an experienced Golf Fitness Trainer at Urban Golf Performance since January 2017, specializing in comprehensive player development in a premier facility. Prior to this role, Matthew served as an Assistant Strength and Conditioning Intern at UCLA, where training protocols were developed for various athletic teams. Matthew also has a background as a Player Development Coach, refining athletes' on-court skills and mental game presentation, and as a Certified Personal Trainer at Fitness Formula Clubs, where advancements in training roles occurred from Fitness Specialist to Master Trainer. Educational accomplishments include a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology with a minor in Marketing from DePaul University and a High School Degree from Benilde-St. Margarets.
