Andy Hill is an experienced compensation professional currently serving as the Total Rewards Manager at Urban Grid since November 2023. Previously, Andy worked as an Independent Compensation Consultant, specializing in career ladder and salary structure projects for clients in the renewable energy sector. From January 2020 to May 2023, Andy held the title of Sr Compensation & Stock Plan Manager at Battalion Oil Corporation, following a tenure at Halcon Resources Corporation in the same role from May 2012 to January 2020. Andy also contributed to Enbridge as a Sr Compensation Advisor and held various roles, including Adv HR Representative - Compensation at FirstEnergy and Sr Compensation Analyst at Diebold. Andy earned an MBA from the University of Houston and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Youngstown State University.
