Thomson Gross is a seasoned Geographic Information Systems professional currently serving as a Senior GIS Analyst at Urban Grid since January 2021. Prior experience includes roles as GIS Research Director at the WVU Center for Resilient Communities and a GIS Analyst at the West Virginia University Research Corporation, where projects concentrated on food access, agriculture, and healthcare. Additional experience encompasses positions as a Graduate Research Assistant at the Department of Geology and Geography at West Virginia University, GIS Technician at the WV GIS Tech Center, and GIS Technician at The Thrasher Group. Thomson Gross holds a Master of Arts and Bachelor of Arts in Geographic Information Science and Cartography from West Virginia University.
