Lucas Targos

Lucas Targos serves as Vice President of Controlled Environment Agriculture and Facility Integration at urban-gro, Inc. since February 2016, previously holding the role of Director of Systems Integration. In this capacity, Lucas acts as a subject matter expert, providing consulting and troubleshooting services for clients. Prior to urban-gro, Lucas was the Director of Cultivation at L'Eagle Services from March 2014 to February 2016, where innovative automation techniques were developed for large-scale horticulture, and compliant pest management strategies were implemented. Lucas collaborates with the Colorado Department of Agriculture to ensure adherence to state regulations concerning pesticides and maintains efficient plant inventory management. Lucas holds a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Studies with a focus on Sustainable Agriculture from Fort Lewis College.
