Olga Ponomareva

Olga Ponomareva has a diverse work experience starting in 2005 as a Consultant at Antal International. Olga then worked as a Senior Researcher at The Amrop Hever Russia from 2007 to 2009. Following this, they were a Research Associate at Ward Howell International from 2010 to 2011. Olga then became the Head of practice at Crossroads Recruitment from 2011 to 2013. From 2013 to 2015, they served as the Head of HR and Recruitment Department at Direct Group. Currently, they are the Head of HR projects in the Construction division at Urban Group since 2016.

Olga Ponomareva obtained a Master's degree in English and German linguistics from Moscow State Linguistic University, where they studied from 1998 to 2003.
