Yolanda Alicea-Winn has extensive work experience in the healthcare and non-profit sectors. Yolanda currently serves as the Deputy Director of Support Services at Urban Health Plan, Inc., a position they have held since January 2019. Prior to this, they were the VP of Puerto Rico Operations at Hispanic Federation from September 2017 to September 2018. Yolanda also worked at PRFI, Inc. for many years, holding various roles including Chief Operating Officer from July 2016 to June 2017, Vice President from June 2013 to June 2016, and Director of the Manhattan Mental Health Clinic from March 1996 to June 2013. Yolanda began their career as a Psychiatric Social Worker at PRFI, Inc. in August 1989. Yolanda also spent three years at St. Luke's Hospital NYC, where they worked with the "A Family Affair" Teen Program from September 1992 to September 1995.
Yolanda Alicea-Winn earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Sociology from Binghamton University in 1986. Yolanda later attended Columbia University - Columbia School of Social Work from 1986 to 1988, where they obtained a Master of Science degree in Social Work (PPS).
