Laura Maffeo has a diverse work experience that includes various roles in different organizations. Laura began their career as an Administrative Assistant Intern at PJ Dick - Trumbull - Lindy Paving in 2013 and later worked as a Marketing Intern in the same company in 2014. In 2015, they served as a Regional Mission Volunteer Intern at Eastbrook Mission Barn and as an AmeriCorps National Member at Lancaster Area Habitat for Humanity. From 2017 to the present, Laura has been with Urban Impact Foundation in Pittsburgh. Laura started as an Education Executive Assistant and then progressed to roles such as Manager of Academic Enrichment, Assistant Director of Academic Enrichment, and currently serves as the Assistant Director of Education.
