Rachel Reeves has a diverse work experience in the education and childcare sectors. Rachel began their career in 2007 as a Childcare Worker at the YMCA, where they provided childcare services and supervised preschool camps. In 2010, they worked as an Intern at Lighthouse Ministries, where they tutored students, organized Bible clubs, and assisted with office tasks. Rachel then joined Lighthouse Ministries in 2012 as an After School Teacher. In 2013, they became an Urban Missionary-Literacy Support Coordinator at Urban Impact, where they worked until 2019. Currently, Rachel holds the position of Assistant Director of Education at Urban Impact Foundation in Pittsburgh, starting in October 2019, and they have recently been promoted to the role of Director of Education.
Rachel Reeves attended Malone University from 2008 to 2012. During this time, they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree with a major in Bible and Theology.
