Chris Steins is the Founder and Senior Advisor at Urban Insight. Chris has over 25 years of experience in the public, private, and nonprofit sectors. Chris has a passion for using technology to improve civic engagement and public participation. Chris developed the popular Urban Insight website, which provides users with data-driven insights into the city of Los Angeles. Chris also created the OpenComment platform, which enables public commenting on documents. The product was acquired by a major tech company in 2015.
