Phil Lau

Phil L. is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in operational leadership and strategic management across various sectors, including technology and consulting. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at Urban Insight, Phil L. drives operational and growth strategies while managing client operations and internal processes. Prior roles include Head of Operations at Google REWS Lab and leadership positions at Google R+D Lab for the Built Environment, Intersection Co., and AppNexus, where significant contributions to business transformation and scaling efforts were made.
