Emily M. Johnston

Emily M. Johnston is a Principal Research Associate at Urban Institute's Health Policy Center, where Emily M. has held various research associate positions. Emily M. also has experience as a Washington Intern on Social Insurance at the National Academy of Social Insurance, Health Care Team Intern at the US Government Accountability Office, and ORISE Fellow at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. Emily holds a PhD in Health Services Research and Health Policy from Emory University and a BA in International Relations with a focus on German Language and Literature from Tufts University.
