Miranda Santillo

Miranda Santillo is an experienced professional in policy analysis and research, currently serving as a Policy Program Associate at the Urban Institute since June 2022. Prior experience includes roles as a Public Policy Associate at Thresholds and a Research Assistant for Dr. Susan Lambert at the University of Chicago, where involvement in the Seattle Secure Scheduling Ordinance Study provided valuable insights into labor policies. Additional experience includes working at the Heartland Alliance as a Research Assistant, focusing on data analysis and policy advocacy, and managing nonprofit projects at the Community Programs Accelerator.
