Jeff Certosimo

Jeff Certosimo is a seasoned real estate development professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Since June 2020, Jeff has served as Vice President of Development at The UIP Companies, Inc., earning recognition as a Top 25 DC Metro Real Estate Developer from the Washington Business Journal in 2020, 2021, 2022, and 2023, as well as receiving the UIP MVP Award in 2021. Prior to this role, Jeff held the position of Vice President of Development at Renaissance Céntro LLC and was the Director of Development at Atlantic Realty Companies, Inc., where Jeff was also recognized as a Top 25 DC Metro Real Estate Developer in 2018. Jeff's commitment to community service is demonstrated through active roles on various commissions and boards, including a decade with Arlington County. Additionally, Jeff has served as an adjunct professor, sharing expertise in business administration and construction management. Jeff holds an MBA in Real Estate Finance and Development from The George Washington University School of Business, a MURP in Land Use and Urban Design from Virginia Tech, and a BA in Political Science and History from West Virginia University.
