Greg Smyth

Greg Smyth has over 15 years of professional experience in the technology industry. Greg began their career in 2004 as a Site Reliability Engineer at Google. In 2008, they moved to Facebook, where they held two roles: Application Operations Engineering and Site Reliability Engineering. In 2011, they joined Winton Capital Management as Vice President of Research and Data Technology. In 2016, they co-founded Urban Jungle Insurance and currently serves as CTO. Greg is focused on building a tech-first insurance business, primarily serving urban dwelling young professionals.

Greg Smyth obtained their MA and BA (hons) in Computer Science and Philosophy of Science from the University of Cambridge between 2001 and 2004.
