Mark Vos

Mark Vos is an experienced professional in mergers and acquisitions, currently serving as Head of M&A & Investments for Fintech, Services, and Food businesses at IKEA since March 2020. Mark leads the investment team focused on group M&A and minority investments, with a particular emphasis on Ingka’s Financial Services and related sectors. Concurrently, Mark holds the position of Investment Director at Ingka Investments and serves as Board Observer for Jifiti and Urban Jungle Insurance. Mark's previous roles include leadership positions at APM Terminals, Waterland Private Equity, HAL Investments, Unit4, and NCOI Groep, showcasing a robust background in M&A strategy and corporate development. Mark holds a Master of Science in Economics and a Master of Laws in Tax Law from Erasmus University Rotterdam.
