Carl-Johan Collet

Carl-Johan Collet is an accomplished real estate professional with extensive experience in investment management and development across multiple regions. Currently serving as Co-Chair of the ULI Operating Real Estate Council Europe at the Urban Land Institute since February 2025, Carl-Johan previously held leadership positions at Thylander, Fokus Nordic, and Urban Africa Real Estate Group Ltd, among others. Carl-Johan founded Urban Africa Real Estate Group, overseeing significant commercial property development in Zambia, and played a pivotal role in various high-value transactions throughout a career that includes notable achievements at Kalumbila Town Development Corporation Ltd and MGPA. Carl-Johan's educational background includes an MBA from INSEAD and a B.Sc. in Commerce with a concentration in Finance from the University of Virginia.
