Daphne Bond-Godfrey serves as the Executive Director of ULI Atlanta at the Urban Land Institute since June 2017, where leadership of district council operations aims to support ULI's global mission and engage over 1,400 members across Georgia through various initiatives and events. Prior to this role, Daphne was the Senior Director at ULI Atlanta, focusing on the advancement of ULI's mission related to the built environment. Daphne's extensive experience includes a tenure at the Urban Institute from July 2013 to June 2017, where as Senior Manager, Events and Special Programs, responsibility encompassed managing over 60 events annually and collaborating with high-profile stakeholders on key policy issues. Daphne began their career at FHI 360, holding positions such as Communications Specialist and Program Officer, managing program operations for significant initiatives supported by USAID and the U.S. State Department. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Government Affairs from The Johns Hopkins University and a Bachelor’s degree in International Studies from Shorter University.
