Eric Taylor

Eric Taylor, PMP, has a diverse work experience in data analytics and reporting, enterprise data strategy and governance, and technology business management. Eric has held senior roles at the Urban Land Institute where they redesigned the monthly membership report, developed data strategies, and provided insightful reporting. Eric also worked at Freddie Mac, where they developed capabilities for automated data movement controls and migration, managed Apptio Cost Transparency software, and analyzed metrics concerning IT services. Prior to that, they worked at Leidos as a Service Management Analyst.

Eric Taylor, PMP has a Master of Science (MS) degree in Applied Information Technology from George Mason University, which they obtained from 2012 to 2013. Eric also holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Technical and Scientific Communication from James Madison University, which they earned from 2007 to 2009. In addition to their formal education, Eric has obtained various certifications, including Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute in 2018 and ITIL Foundation from the ITSM Academy in 2013. Eric has also completed several online courses and certifications in areas such as cultural competence, business metrics, finance, data science, and business strategy.
