Francisco Rocha Antunes, FRICS, is a recognized leader in real estate and urban development, currently serving as Founder and Executive Chairman of MOME, the first company in Portugal focused on professional development management services for housing cooperatives. With extensive experience as Chief Development Officer at +urbano, a property development management firm, Antunes has contributed to numerous mixed-use and regeneration projects for institutional investors. Additionally, Antunes is a Founding Partner and holds multiple leadership roles within the Urban Land Institute, and has served as Co-coordinator for the Bolhão Market Cabinet for the Câmara Municipal do Porto, where strategic redevelopment efforts were implemented. Antunes has also been involved in academia as an invited professor at Porto Business School and has participated in several prestigious industry awards as a jury member.
