Juanita Hardy

Juanita Hardy is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in management consulting, executive coaching, and creative placemaking. As Managing Principal at Tiger Management Consulting Group, LLC since October 2006, Hardy focuses on building thriving communities through various consulting services, including executive coaching for C-suite executives. In addition, Hardy serves as a Senior Visiting Fellow for Creative Placemaking at the Urban Land Institute, enhancing the organization's commitment to integrating art and culture into community development. As an Executive Coach for Right Management, Hardy leverages a rich background in both non-profit and corporate sectors to elevate organizational performance. Previously, Hardy led CulturalDC as Executive Director, overseeing a non-profit arts organization, and held significant leadership roles at IBM Global Services. Hardy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from Livingstone College and furthered education at The George Washington University and the University of Maryland Baltimore County.
