Peter Denton

Peter Denton serves as the Global Governing Trustee at the Urban Land Institute since July 2022 and as the Chief Executive Officer at Homes England since August 2021. Additionally, Peter Denton holds positions as a Council Member and Chair of the Finance Committee at Marlborough College since June 2021 and as a Real Estate Investment Committee Member at Eurazeo since July 2018. Previously, Peter Denton was the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer at The Hyde Group from February 2017 to July 2021, and held the role of Head of European Special Situations at Starwood Capital Group from April 2012 to December 2016. Peter Denton was Chairman of CREFC Europe from November 2013 to November 2014 and contributed as Head of Real Estate Finance at BNP Paribas from April 2011 to April 2012. Early career includes serving as Head of London at WESTDEUTSCHE IMMOBILIENBANK AG from 2008 to 2011 and as Managing Director of Real Estate Finance for Europe, the Middle East, and South Africa at Barclays Capital from 2007 to 2008. Peter Denton earned a BSc Hons in Economics from the University of St Andrews between 1990 and 1994.
