Sukanya Sen

Sukanya Sen's work experience includes a role as Vice President of Global Communications & PR at the Urban Land Institute, where they lead the global communications and social media strategy. Sukanya has also held the position of Senior Public Affairs & Media Representative at Caterpillar Inc., where they supported the company's communications and public affairs efforts. Prior to that, they worked as the Director of Communications at the US-India Strategic Partnership Forum and as a Consultant at the World Bank Group. Sukanya has also worked in various communication roles at the U.S. Chamber of Commerce, ClearWater Initiative, Room to Read, and the Magic Lantern Foundation. Additionally, they have experience as a Teaching Assistant at the California Institute of the Arts and as a Researcher and Writer on Climate Change at the University of California.

Sukanya Sen completed a Professional Development program in Digital Marketing at Georgetown University School of Continuing Studies in 2018. Prior to that, they obtained a Master of Fine Arts (MFA) in Critical Studies and Writing from the California Institute of the Arts in 2010. Sukanya also earned a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Mass Communication from the AJK Mass Communication Research Center, Jamia Millia Islamia in 2006. In 2004, Sukanya received their Bachelor's Degree in Sociology from Lady Shriram College. Their education journey started at Delhi Public School - R. K. Puram, where they studied Accounts, Economics, Business Studies, and Maths from 1988 to 2001.
