Eric Williams

Eric Williams is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business operations and management. Currently serving as a Certified Business Advisor® at the Urban League of Greater SW Ohio since February 2021, Eric previously held various roles, including District Manager, Human Resources Generalist, Operations Manager, and Logistics Specialist at #ONO from August 2020 to February 2021. Notably, from 2004 to 2020, Eric served as District Repair Manager for Signet, overseeing daily operations across 14 locations and managing a team of 112 employees. Eric's career also includes leadership roles such as Design and Service Center Manager and ownership of E.W. Jewelry MFG from 1992 to 2004. Early career efforts featured a position as a Sales Representative at Wilkerson Sales Innovations. Eric holds a degree in Jewelry Design & Manufacturing from Bowman Technical School, along with additional education from Kent State University and Lorain County Community College.
