Janice Liebenberg

Janice Liebenberg is an experienced leader in development and community engagement, currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Development at the Urban League of Greater Southwestern Ohio since May 2024. Previously, at ArtsWave from October 2014 to May 2024, Janice held various roles including Vice President of Equitable Arts Advancement and Director of Equitable Arts Advancement & Community Campaign, where responsibilities included cultivating prospects and managing development strategies to secure substantial annual support. Janice began their career at The E.W. Scripps Company, working as the Sponsorship and Operations Coordinator for the Scripps National Spelling Bee, significantly contributing to its operational model and sponsor relationships. Janice earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Northern Kentucky University and recently strengthened professional expertise through advanced education at Cornell University.
