Andrew Ashiofu

Andrew Ashiofu is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in advocacy, community engagement, and operational management. Currently serving as the Director of Advocacy and Community Engagement at the Urban League of Metropolitan Seattle since July 2025, Ashiofu also holds key positions such as Commissioner with the Seattle LGBTQ Commission and Vice Chair of Outreach and Community Engagement for the King County Democrats. Previous roles include Clinical Program Manager at HealthPoint, where program efficiency was enhanced through improved workflows, and a series of positions in the airline industry, culminating as a Flight Attendant with Delta Air Lines. Ashiofu began a career in housing counseling at Money Management International, demonstrating a strong capability in client assessment and financial analysis. Educationally, Ashiofu holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Igbinedion University, obtained between 1999 and 2004.
