Reginald Battle

Reginald Battle currently serves as the Director of Workforce Development for the Urban League of Metropolitan Seattle, a position held since June 2023, and has also led the Participant Navigator for the Prefile Diversion Program. Prior experience includes management roles at Southwest Youth and Family Services as BAM Program Manager and working with the Department of Children, Youth, and Families as part of a roving unit representing Snohomish County. Reginald has a strong background in social services, having held various positions at the Washington State Department of Social and Health Services, YMCA of Greater Seattle, and Atlantic Street Center, among others. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Human Services with a focus on Family and Child Services, along with an Associate's Degree in Human Services from the University of Phoenix.
